Q. How to purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Close the cart window to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- Confirm your order detail on my shopping cart, choose if you have a coupon code or reward points you want to use or would like to estimate your delivery cost, click "Proceed to checkout".
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Continue to shipping method” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Continue” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “Place your order” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Your order is completed and have been placed successfully.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Edit” on My profile/My address→ Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click "Continue".
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
After posting we will send tracking number to the email address you provided. We are using Poslaju & Pgeon for local shipping.
For ready stock items, your order will ship within 3-5* working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 7-14* working days for East Malaysia, delivery lead time is subjected to countries & regions for International or alternative 30-45* working days for pre-order items after order confirmation.

Q. What is Reward Points
Every time you shop at Japan Owl store, reward points are accumulated in your account. Once you have accumulate a certain reward point, eg 1000 points, you can redeem the same against cash credit on your next purchase upon check out.
How do I earn points?
You get 0.01 Point for every RM1 spent.
What can I do with the points earned?
Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Japan Owl at the conversion rate of RM1=0.01 point. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.

1.Reward point is exclusively for Japan Owl Online Store.
2.Reward point is applicable for storewide products except LC products.
3.Reward point is not exchangeable for cash.
4.Reward point is awarded from product purchases, excluding shipping fees and any other discounts.
