Return & Refund Policy
- As the product we sell are imported items from overseas and will be double checked before shipped out, thus if the defect does not affect the use of the item, we have the right not to make replacement.
- Please drop an email at email@example.com with a snapshot of the defective products or incorrect products within 3 days after received parcel.
- The return postage fee will be bear by us.The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the good condition as received. The packaging must also be in original packaging and in original shipping container as received.
- If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Japan Owl will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- For LC products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the following reasons. (If the product have some unevenness colour, black spots, white spots, minor scratches, dents, bubbles, etc)
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7- 14 woking days after the confirmation.
